4:30-7:30pm Optional overnight for personal retreat
3:00pm Registration/Check in
4:00-6:00pm Afternoon Sadhana (Guided Spiritual Practices, including Yogananda’s Energization Exercises, Ananda Yoga™, chanting, and guided meditation)
6:00-7:00pm Dinner
7:00pm EVENING PROGRAM:  Welcome, Satsang, Overview of Retreat, and More
6:30am Wake Up
7:00-8:30am Morning Sadhana
8:30-10:00am Breakfast (partially in Silence) & Free Time
10:00-11:45am MORNING PROGRAM:  Deepening Meditation, Healing Affirmations, Visualizations, Prayers (will change, based on theme)
12:00-12:30pm Noon Meditation
12:30-2:00 Lunch & Free Time
2:00-330pm AFTERNOON PROGRAM:  Practical Tips on/off the Mat; Creating Spiritual Community (will change, based on theme)
3:30-4:00pm Free time
4:00-6:00pm Afternoon Sadhana
6:00-7:00pm Dinner
7:00pm EVENING PROGRAM:  Satsang/Q&A on meditation in everyday life & Kirtan (devotional chanting) and meditation (will change, based on theme)
6:30am Wake Up
7:00-8:30am Morning Sadhana
8:30-10:00am Breakfast & Free Time
10:00-12:30pm Purification Ceremony, Sunday Service & Festival of Light (optional offering), including further inspiration on living your yoga
12:30-2:00pm Lunch & Goodbyes
