We’ll guide you through the simple yet deep, universal techniques of Paramhansa Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi, allowing you to feel your true essence as divine calmness, joy, and wisdom.
Practices will include breathing techniques, Ananda Yoga for all abilities, meditation, chanting/music, visualizations, affirmations, and healing prayers.
Inspiration will also be drawn from the Bhagavad Gita and Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras.
Most importantly, we’ll share how you can extend your experiences at the retreat into everyday life, including ways to connect with spiritual community and inspiration daily.
